I’ve given my personal number out to some of our employees (huge mistake) and now a majority of our 50ish hourly employees have it. It’s pretty powerful as it’s a direct line of communication to me. I’m not trying to act like the king of the ant hill, but I’m running into issues like former employees calling and asking about getting their job back, instances of anonymous text messages about some drama happening… this is a manufacturing environment to give some clarification

I’ve seen some use Google Voice and want to know how that service is. I’d appreciate having a screening feature.
