He said we only had Jenkins, Floyd and Sanders coming back as starters.
And that we had lost 3 starters on the DL---Drew, Thornton and Toby Johnson plus 2 ILBs who had made 1st and 2nd team all-SEC, plus our best DB in Swann. And that it was going to be awfully hard to replace that much experience....a bunch of 22 year old guys with a bunch of 18 year olds.
Seemed to really be lowering expectations for an improved D this year.
I was just wondering because it seems that Mauger and Bailey and Aaron Davis started most of the time last year while Lo Carter and Parrish and Dawson got a few starts. Plus Reggie Carter and Kimbrough have been here awhile.
