Jackson just wrapped up an afternoon visit to Athens.
He tells UGASports he loved the accountability of practice. Off the field, he had a meeting with Kirby Smart and then went to dinner with Chidera Uzo-Diribe and David Cooper. Those conversations focused on topics away from football, with the staff impressing on Jackson and his family how he would be cared for in Athens.
It won’t be long before Jackson is back. He told me he plans to return either for this Saturday’s scrimmage or next Saturday for G-Day.
