I know we are all excited about landing Etienne (especially from the Gators) but I actually wonder if we are underestimating just how important the pickup may be? We have had some dang good RBs the last few years (Zeus, Cook, K-Mac, Milton, Edwards) and they are all DGDs but I think Etienne is probably the best all-around RB we have had since Swift.
His type of talent behind our OL, with Beck at QB and Bobo as OC (say what you will but the dude knows how to use RBs) and I think Etienne is going to have a monster season. Especially with it being his ‘money’ year and plenty of tread on the tires.
