about Ray Kroc & McDonald's. Good movie but pretty brutal portrayal of how Kroc did a hostile takeover from the McDonald brothers. Don't know how accurate it was but the McDonald brothers got bent over and dry humped. They got $2 million lump sum and were supposed to get 1% royalties in perpetude. They never got any royalties, which today would be about $100 million a year.
