Every day since October, without fail, I Have stood up to my neck every night in my pool for about 10 minutes.

2. Why do I enjoy it so much?
3. When does the "brown fat" weight loss phenomenom kick in? White fat still driving the bus in my ecosystem.
Not sure of the water temp, but it passes the test Andrew Huberman offered as to what is the appropiate cold needed to derive benefit. It's simple-"when you first get in, do you have to fight an initial strong desire to get out of the water? If the answer is yes, then it's cold enough." So I know it's at least that cold.
Tonight's shoud be the coldest yet. Cant wait for the sun to go down.
