Old Forester 100 (Signature) is my go to for Old Fashioned's and Manhattan's or any whiskey cocktail. I typically have one per night. On game days or friends are over and I want to drink bourbon, I have OF 1920, Blanton's, etc... But I have found that I am regularly drinking Penelope toasted like, regularly. I have a difficult time reconciling with myself that I love a bourbon named "Penelope". In my mind, the only appropriate women's names for a bourbon would be "Amber" or "Candy" or "Crystal" or some other stripper name.
