Logic says if you need to prepare for an event such as a pop quiz, test, ballgame, date, dinner, or work, you prepare, to do whatever is necessary to be ready.

You go to pick your date up but didn’t ask her out, you go to take a test and didn’t go to class or study, you go to the park to watch the ballgame, but there is not one scheduled, you go to work, but you weren’t hired and have no job, or you sit down to eat but didn’t cook anything, it doesn’t happen.

Logic is ruthless. It doesn’t bend to emotion or care about feelings. Logic is the application of truth to an event or action.

An election, at least logically, follows the same logic rules of truth. A citizen must prepare for an election, and in most cases, has four years in which to prepare. This preparation involves common sense evidential documentation that you are allowed to vote, ie: not a felon, illegal alien in the country, or living outside stated city and state of residence. You must prove you are a citizen and prove you are the person in question.

The act of voting is a private an sacred act. It is not one to share or manipulate. We vote behind curtains or plastic dividers.

Yet we allow groups to vote harvest ballots that cannot be vetted for accuracy. There is no logic that can apply to that act.

If the right to vote. The right to vote privately and anonymously should be held to the highest letter of the law.

If we spent as much time preparing each citizens right to vote leading up to the elections, we wouldn’t need third party political activist groups harvesting votes during the election.

If a person is incapable of voting. Mentally incapable, no one should be allowed to vote for them. But they do.

It’s much like abortion. We have the technology to keep women from conceiving, yet we would rather kill what we create. It’s backwards.

Make voting work for the individual, not the group.

Use logic.

It’s gotten where money talks and bullshit walks in all elections now. These people can be bought at the drop of a hat now. Especially minority’s.
