Supreme Court rules that the NCAA can not stand in the way of athletes being paid for their name, image and likeness. I get it...seems like a foundational right.
But yet, they can still stand in the way of said athletes being compemnsated for their...we will say presence, time and labor (PTL).
How? Is this one gonna end up at the Supreme Court too?
