Kirby and the coaches know better than we do what needs to be done to improve UGA football (29 straight wins and 2 straight NCs is special!).
* It seems to me that we were whipped on both LOS. We have to get more players that are of the elite category on both lines, O & D.
* We need to upgrade our CB situation. Having one good cover man, KL, and some freshmen who are not complete defenders and not yet ready is too much of a liability.
* We need RBs who are a threat to take it all the way, more speed.
* Mike Bobo was not the reason we lost this game; UA’ s D whipped us all night. No OC can overcome that. CMB had a great season as OC!
* The reverse deep in our own territory was a good call and would have picked up a big gain if not for the fumble; not sure what happened, but it looked like Carson couldn’t decide whether to hand the ball of or to pitch it.
* As many mistakes as we made and as poorly as we played at times, we still almost won the game, and might have done so if not for the costly TO at our own 10 yd. line. GO DAWGS!!
