Spotify's incestuous Al Gore Rhythm keeps looping me back to the same roster of bands who are "adjacent" to my favorite artists. I feel like I'm stranded in the desert and walking in a big ass circle. I'm after singer/songwriters/bands. Not into too much "country" but I do like Luke Combs. I left my jam band days behind long ago, so don't try and tell me about Spafford or Goose. I like Isbell and all the artist who fall under his "troubadour tree" ie Pony B, D Farley, Z Bryan, and the Turpike Troobs. The last band I found that really interested me was Wilderado. They've got an interesting style that reminds me of a more polished Weezer. I've been listening to Mk.gee the last few days and it has captured my imagination, so recs don't have to be all Americana-based.
JUST LEAD ME TO SOME GOOD F*CKING SONGS, VENTLEMEN! I KNOW THEY'RE OUT THERE!
