At least at the high end.

1. Will we necessarily have to make the players employees, form a union and CBA to fix the problems?

2. And if so, with the players being employees, will they ultimately fight to not take classes anymore (a legal fight they'd win, based on recent precedent and trends)?

And finally 3. With the point of higher education being a non-factor, would the football programs just officially end up being autonomous football minor leage teams with partnerships to the instutions based on existing fanbases, fundraising and infrastructures?
