I had some random thoughts about Michigan possibly winning. If they win, but the NCAA does its job and vacates the wins. Does Washington become the national champion because the made the championship? Or would that go to whoever was number 2 in the polls? Because that could be us. Not that I would want us to claim that one. I'd rather it be all above board.
But it also made me think of the question of vacated wins. Do the teams they beat get to "vacate" the loss? Obvious off-season thoughts going on here.
