He has been criticized so much on here because he tends to be hurt a lot. While he is hurt quite a bit, its not due to any wrongdoing on his part. All he can do is rehab and put in the work to get back on the field which, according to staff/insiders, he does relentlessly.
He just seems like such a warrior. Would I love to have seen him healthy for longer periods of time? Sure! However, I dont think it can be overstated how important it is to have a player of his character, grit and determination on this team. He is exactly the type of culture builder we need....as well as player.
Its obvious he was raised right and we're lucky to call him a DGD.
I for one hope he goes out with an All-American type performance in the Orange Bowl. He deserves it.
