It's real. It is also misleading, as it insinuates he was released after being arrested for murder, which is not the case. He will never see the outside of a cage again. The Biden administration deserves full criticism and accountability for their policies that led to that murder.

I believe the story is he was released from DHS custody for lack of holding space when he crossed the border even though it was known that he had a criminal record. This is misleading because it isn't clear that he was released before the murder took place and should be corrected. No need to sensationalize in this situation and lead people to believe he's walking the streets.

Maybe the gop should use this in an ad. The other side said trump got rid of roe v wade. Voted it down as dictator of the Supreme Court. Who will know the difference if this is real or not
