My dad passed away last week and didn't / refused to do a Will. He was very hard headed even when his health was going down, but still was only 66 as heart surgeries were piling up. I am still in the early process of combing through things, but I am the oldest son and on paper he is divorced. I need to hire a lawyer (Must specialize in this) to help navigate his properties that will likely fall to probate and potentially his financial accounts which he told me I am the primary beneficiary, but I haven't 100% confirmed that yet and will be working on that. I have some referrals already that I haven't talked to yet, but my plan is to get on this in a week or two. I would appreciate any contacts in the area that can help and specialize in navigating me through this and not crush me with fees :). Please let me know if anyone can help and also list your website if applicable.
