So unless something changes soon we will have Schumann as DC with T-Rob as co-DC. Have to think that GS is doing most of the play calling but I could be wrong. It has been said this is a contingency plan for the inevitable time when GS gets a head coaching job.
Where and when does Tray Scott enter the picture as consideration for a future DC role? I’ve read on here that he would like to be DC somewhere some day. Supposing GS left this off-season or after next year and TRob gets the DC role, could we see Kirby slide Tray into a coDC role to appease Tray who I assume would like to advance.
I know we are going to have staff turnover, and I have great confidence in Kirby, I was just curious about the next chess pieces that Kirby would move to retain and develop his staff.
