While I am happy Georgia took the series over Ole Miss, I feel like this team really missed an opportunity to sweep a bad Ole Miss baseball team. The irony is the strength of this team is what let them down. Pitching was more than good enough to win tonight. Between Mizzou and Ole Miss, it would have been nice to sweep one of those series, especially since the Dawgs were unable to steal an away series at Miss St or at Tennessee. I would feel a lot better about this team’s chances to reach 14 wins going to College Station with a 10-8 conference record. Don’t get me wrong - 14 wins is still very much possible and this team has the dudes to get there. But, man, when you look at the remaining conference schedule, getting 5 wins seems like a tall task:

Obviously you have to win both home series vs Vandy and Florida. Dropping either of those two series makes reaching 14 wins nearly impossible.
What say you? Does Georgia win 5 more to get to 14 conference wins?
