Sometimes I get my information on tips from sources I've accumulated over the years. Sometimes I just get lucky. Tonight, I got really lucky. I was making calls for stories for the national site and called 2017 PG Jay Jay Chandler from out in Katy, TX. He told me UGA asst Yasir Rosemond was out to see him earlier this week and said UGA has been showing a lot of interest lately. No offer yet, but sounded legitimately interested. He's a 4-star, top 100 prospect. He's a bigger 6'4 versatile guard and plays for Houston Hoops in the Nike EYBL, the same program E'Torrion Wilridge played for.
