Not sure how hard it is to get control of portal/NIL but something needs to be done now if

We want CFB fans to stay CFB fans! Seriously how hard is it to make a rule where no NIL deals can take place until you have been in the program one full calendar YR! It would fix the NIL and buying HS recruits and would really solve a lot of the portal and buying players
