So random, but a buddy brought up how big cars were... We had a 1977 Ford Thunderbird and a 1976 Lincoln Continental 4-door. I know my dad had some POC on blocks, but I'll say we can't be beat in pure inches of car maybe ever.
The Lincoln Continental was basically 19ft long...the Thunderbird was all engine, as I recall. I know my dad got caught at 118 mph in that Lincoln... childhood memories... but that thunderbird never got there in his eyes.
What were your favorite cars in your youth? Gotta be some great ones.
Unfortunately, @MiniMono has zero good stories because his mom and I suck in choosing cool cars. Maybe giving concissions to his basketball team in the back of my Expedition counts, but not my call.
