The article linked below was written by an acquaintance of mine over at Ole Miss Rivals, Brian Rippee. A buddy of mine’s brother died this past year from an accidental fentanyl overdose. I won’t write a story here about everybody I knew at Georgia that went to rehab or died because of Xanax or some pill laced in Fentanyl, but it’s rampant in Athens. Every one of them thinks for them, it’s harmless. Multiple folks in and around my life during my time at Georgia have died in the last 18 months. It’s worth the conversation if you have kids in college— they will be exposed to it.
