Skills, mindset, personality wise something about Beck kinda reminds me of Eason. Obviously both can really throw the ball well, have decent mobility, and overall good QB skills but with what seems to be "less than alpha" mentality without making that too negative. Obviously, Beck is walking into a much better situation as a starter (should he win the job in fall) with a lot more college experience.
