Radi I don't see start new conversation

When I click the envelop. All I see is conversation and show all . GMC tried to tell me I don't see it

No I am on a iPhone but I didn't see it on my iPad .

Click on your sig/aviator in the top right-hand corner, click on the envelope icon and then hit start a new conversation

I did boss and don't have that option. I see conversation and show all . Didn't have start conversation option there . When I open conversation I see no option to choose one . I will email you what I see

Try clicking on the envelope in the upper right-hand corner.

I did .. I sent dash a email of different screen shots .
