I think it's fair to say that a big factor in all of this discussion is how Rob Sale's blocking methodology compares to Will Friend's.
Michel strikes me as a "ferrari" - high performing so long as you drive him selectively and properly.
Chubb is a late 60s 427 Corvette. Just as good 75% of the time, and the push-rod overhead valve V-8 requires less maintenance.
Douglas is a 72 chevy nova - sleeper, doesn't have the top-end speed, but if he gets dinged up, you don't really give a s&*^. He will still run.
Marshall is a late 80s unmaintained IROC-Z. Looks badass...we're just not sure what's exactly under the hood anymore. The engine (legs) could be good after a rest/rebuild, or it could be a flop as soon as it hits the first redline.
Hicks could be an F-150 lightning and a single-back alternative...not enough respect off of the line, then he blows your doors off when he breaks through the first 2 levels and knocks a 12 yd run.
Unsure about Turman. Hope he provides depth. Maybe he's our sleeper 87 buick grand national?
