Started hearing reports early on Saturday that Georgia was tugging at the heartstrings of 2023 Wide Receiver and OU Commit Anthony Evans III. We had reported in the weeks ahead that UGA felt better about Deandre Moore coming into the visit for Evans. However, it did not take Bryan McClendon long with Evans and his family to remind them why Georgia was nearly the choice the first time. Behind the scenes a lot of momentum with Evans and Moore, and wouldn't be surprised if they both ended up in the class. Evans possibly flipping first.

We reported this originally on Saturday night, as seen in the thread below:

We reported yesterday morning that the quest to flip Justice Haynes isn't dead yet. In fact, it has renewed momentum. We've maintained that since he committed to Alabama. Lots going on here. Haynes has told me that Kirby Smart feels like a family member. Also, this wasn't just visiting a game. This was the loudest environment ever for a Georgia game and one that Haynes got to spend time in the Georgia locker room afterward and see that celebration. Have a feeling that this one gets interesting. Alabama currently humming to themselves the old Merle Haggard tune 'If We Make It Through December.' They might, but Georgia will make it very hard based off reports this weekend.

Justice Haynes or the portal is what seems to be the growing sentiment on the 2nd RB in the Class of 2023 for UGA.

Here is our initial thread where we reported the renewed momentum Sunday morning:

Lastly, there is no secrets being kept about Duce Robinson. UGASports is told that Todd Hartley is being very transparent with Pearce Spurlin and Lawson Luckie about the real chance that Robinson becomes a part of the class. There is a feeling that there could be significant movement in that position group in the offseason, and it was also pointed out that "all three are different and can be used differently in Georgia's offense". @Trent Smallwood has been pounding the table for weeks, trying to tell me that Georgia is a player here. After talking to people this weekend, that definitely seems to be the case.

Lastly, a full-court press was put on Damon Wilson this weekend. Spurlin, Jarrett, Bowles, and Allen, all spent a ton of time with him and Samuel M'Pemba on this visit. Joenel Aguero, a quiet prospect that garners a lot of respect from his peers, was doing a good bit of work on those two prospects as well.

Overall I'd place the over under on flips between now and the early signing period at 2.5 with a lean towards the over, and Georgia is trending for several of its major targets with a real shot at repeating as national champions. Welcome to the era of Kirby in college football, ladies and gentlemen.

Posted a while back that we believed Georgia would finish with a top 2 class. That believe is only bolstered after this weekend. Orginal thread below.
