Got a new toy this Christmas and cooking everyone some filets tonight.
Sous vide to 132 then plan on finishing off in Ooni. Never used it, anyone have some tips so I don’t Lincoln Reily them.
Thinking cast iron, and have a tester filet to figure it out.
