People forget that Fromm was a five star who led us to the NCG his freshman season and nearly knocked off Bama in the SECCG in 2018. If Fields had stayed, he would've replaced Jake at some point the next season, but hindsight is 20/20.
So we had three five stars, but only one could start and one did.
Since then, we've won two national titles in three seasons with our QB winning MVP of every playoff game, throwing for over three hundred yards in three of those games, and finishing fourth in the Heisman balloting.
