Just a proud moment to watch the kid hit a solo shot and then a grand slam in the 9th this afternoon and to see New Mexico beat Texas Tech in Lubbock today. Georgia reached out when he was in the portal last summer, but it was by our old staff. Had Georgia offered, we would be Dawgs and would have moved back to Athens to watch him play! The kid is third in the Mountain West in HRs, runs, and RBIs and 10th in average ... Just amazing.
