The Chargers interviewed Rams assistant HC/TEs coach Thomas Brown for their offensive coordinator vacancy.
The 36-year-old already interviewed for the same position with the Commanders and actually met with the Texans about their head-coaching gig. We would say that's a bit crazy for someone who has never even called plays, but Brown is the latest Sean McVay disciple du jour. It, of course, helps that McVay's coaching tree has already established a strong track record. The league trusts McVay's eye for talent. Brown would be an interesting get for the Rams' cross-town rivals.I wish we could figure out a way to bring him home.
