Very Dawg. I don't know if I've ever seen Greg Cosell give a scouting report listing only one weakness....

and there's even a bit of honey with that....

BROCK BOWERS 2024 NFL DRAFT SCOUTING REPORT

STRENGTHS:

  • Explosive off the line of scrimmage into his routes then smooth and fluid through his vertical stem. Moves more like a big WR.
  • Ate up ground on his vertical stem, especially when aligned close to and attached to the formation. He's an easy strider.
  • Speed on vertical releases to run by and get on top of defensive backs. Stride length adds to vertical dimension.
  • Wide catch radius with outstanding hands and body control to make contested catches away from his frame.
  • Consistently caught the ball with his hands on the move, allowing for a seamless transition to run after catch.
  • Tough on the move using stride length and play speed to run away from coverage: crossers, wheels, verticals.
  • Outstanding run-after-catch with physicality, lateral agility, short-area burst and accelerating long speed.
  • Fought through contact with outstanding balance and body control. He's naturally stronger than weight suggests.
  • Three-level dimension, who can line up in multiple locations within the formation and stretch the defense vertically.

WEAKNESSES:

  • There were questions re: ability to run block as attached TE but effort was there, and that is the starting point.
