The upperclassmen have to be better than they were yesterday. Hammond with the foul trouble. Donnell with the lack of aggression and I don't know what the hell got into tyree. Tyree looked straight up scared yesterday. I've never seen that out of him before.
For us to be a good team our veterans have be our most consistent players. I didn't expect Edwards and the freshmen to play really well against a strong veteran team like Dayton with multiple p5 transfers but the veterans have no excuses why they didn't show up.
If I'm Crean I'm hounding my upperclassmen in walkthrough. Crean also needs to take more control as the team needed to be slowed down and provided more structure yesterday.
Beating a motivated Michigan State will be tough but it will be a good test to see if this team can handle adversity and still compete.
