Isn't it interesting that both our traditional news media and our more “experienced politicians” tend to seek testimony aka opinion aka takes from people directly connected with &/or involved in the process being investigated?

It’s puzzling that we the people (& our truth seeking news & entertainment industry) seem content with a fox (with possible if not likely dubious intentions) telling us no chickens have been disturbed and that no eggs are missing from the hen house.

We mindlessly limit our inquiries to supervisors of elections and ballot counting machine manufacturers. We settle for asking THEM if anything has gone or could go awry with their staffing efficiencies or with the equipment they design, build and sell. Not comforting. Not even close. Like asking a bank executive or politician if our money is safe with THEM. Not comforting or believable. But, so many (too many) of us are groomed to trust the experts, who in most cases have nothing to gain & lots to lose by sharing all the possible, troubling side effects of THEIR systems.

Shame on us all for trusting that our leadership is truly all about OUR best interests. Shame on us (US) for leaping to blame each other as we continuously FAIL to hold our leaders accountable as “public servants” to us, all of us.

It is a bad system that "they" don't want changed or improved. Election systems lack basic audit trails. Rules and requirements are routinely ignored, without repercussion.

"Election fraud is a Class 6 Felony!' That's one step above a parking ticket, even if it ever gets prosecuted. And we'll plead that down from 5,000 counts to one.

"If we allow questions it will destroy faith in elections!" Have faith in your God. Elections require independent verification.

We need good, old fashioned paper ballots & no mail in ballots with the exception of the military. It is no big deal for people to get to a polling location. It doesn’t have to be a 1 day election. Hell, it could be 2 weeks long, but paper ballots can easily be recounted in the case of a close election.

There are only 8 states, or less, that use electronic in-person voting with no paper ballot. Those should be banned.

Recounts accomplish little or nothing. Pay more attention to the voter registration/verification system. That's where the shenanigans start.

Election reports, all of them, should be published and available to the public. Likewise, all ballot images from the vote counting system must be published and available for review. All tabulation systems record an image for each ballot counted.

All ballot handling should be on high resolution surveillance recordings. Just like a casino. We did this with the Arizona audit. Every workstation had two high resolution cameras, with more cameras showing entire work areas. Anyone could watch all processes online as they happened. Multiple trained observers watched every process in person. Our elections deserve no less, especially with the technology available today.

GUID numbers (39 digit random code) should be printed for all ballots. This would be attached to the ballot with a copy to the voter. No connection to the voter registration system, so that ballots remain private, but you could look up your own ballot to see how it was counted.
