That was about as bad a way to end the regular season as you could expect. And against Florida of all teams.
That being said Georgia should be a regional host and that is better than any outcome anyone could have predicted. Having that national seed dangling in front of this team makes loss tough to stomach, though. At least they weren’t playing for only a chance to get to the post season.
But, man that was about the ugliest 2 days as we have seen. Hopefully this team got that out of their system and can move ahead and play some championship baseball.
