So @PappyDawg2727 's story about missing this game for a fall wedding sent me to Youtube to watch Butler's kick (off a tee btw, for you Hot Rod Haters).
The announcers then said Butler might send the ensuing kickoff completely out of Athens.
...but no, Coach Dooley decided to squib kick. And Clemson almost Music City Miracle'd us with a cross-field lateral...guy went out of bounds on our 39 or so and Danny Ford went absolutely ballistic that the officials didn't put one second back on the clock so that their great kicker Donald Igwebuike could have a shot to tie the game.
Dooley went to shake his hand and Ford pushed his arm out of the way:
