In 2023, USAID spent $7.1m in total for male condoms, and another $1.1m for female condoms, for their entire global program. That's still 142m male condoms, which is obviously a lot.
I'd like to see some supporting evidence for this claim by the WH. I don't believe them.

I could be wrong, but I did not take it as the US directly giving them 50m worth of trojans. I took it as thats what Hamas stole from aid $$ the US gave to Gaza to buy condoms and other materials that were used as IEDs.

I do think there will be more transparency with this admin. Expenses will be publicized. Neither Repub or Dem will like it.
