Advice please. what safeguards should I use when sending $$$ to a seller of UGA FB tickets ?

I currently am talking /texting to a seller of a UGA-Bama ticket. He is asking.... less than current market value... for a great seat .. lower level 30 yd line.
He suggested to use Zelle...He just now responded to my request for a ticket on Dawg Trade.. I posted a couple of weeks ago.
TIA....hope its legit.... I want to see that game in person...!!
