NonDawg Alright fellow foodies, need input. Making beef tenderloin

and I’ve got 16 people coming. Really don’t want to have to pay the $$ for two tenderloins but I’m right on the line with a crowd that size. I’ve seen anywhere from 4oz to 8oz per person as estimates, which is a huge spread. Any thoughts on a good per-head estimate?
