Let’s be honest here, only a small percentage of the football players would’ve qualified to get into UGA if not for football and a large portion are grossly underqualified to be in 4 year college in general (see Feral hog post for any proof). The fact that so many of our players aren’t able to graduate just shows that a UGA degree still means something and were not just rubber stamping diplomas
I get that we can hide most of them in Parks and Rec or Sociology programs but still, if 90%+ of your teams football players are graduating, it’s probably not a great sign for the academics of the school
