I believe law enforcement should have a warrant to be able to do that or know ( without a warrant) of public safety danger or looking for a wanted person or escape person .

Actually can't you shoot down anything like flying over private property assuming of course it is legal to shoot period in the area you own the property. Even if the law enforcement has a warrant if you have not seen such warrant isn't it your right to shoot it down. Just wondering.

I agree with you. I'm sure OCD thinks the cops believing they have a reason to snoop on you trumps your right to control the airspace over your property. I also agree that law enforcement needs to show you the warrant before they start flying a drone over your private property.
