I closed on a nearby townhouse for my elderly aunt. She insists that she wants solar panels installed. Is there anything I should look for or avoid? I am skeptical of the price, but her new place gets a ton of sun. I can see it as a way to cut down on energy expenses. She says this is a must (long story but she's a hippie from way back, taught at Berkeley) and so I feel this is going to happen. Just completely out of my depth here.
