looking to replace a 6 year old Rec Teq but the current model that I want has been out of stock for a while.
I'm sure I can find something suitable for smoking but the Rec Teqs appear to have a higher temp spec (700 deg F) compared to it's competiton based on my research (550 deg F).
I want the higher temp because I like to sear my steaks at 600 deg F minimum. Limited room on deck so I don't want to buy a separate grill and I want to stay under $700.
