Anybody ever been to a comic-con? ....

They look like pretty good freak shows on TV. There is an Athens Con this weekend at the Classic Center. I'd probably go check it out for the Hell of it, but it wouldn't be for the Hell of it because it is $25. Any geeks here. I love the Dune books and movie and I read comics through middle school - is that even mild cred? Is that enough to give it a chance? The ticket revenue goes to charity, supposedly.
