anyone here regrip their clubs?

I just cut it w/ a razor knife the length of the tape and peel it off......

sometimes you get a tough 1 but mostly it's pretty easy.

Did mine last week

I wouldn't worry about the old tape unless there was some sort of large wrinkle. Wipe off any pieces of old adhesive you think you might feel and lay your new tape right on the old. How'd you get your old grips off?

If they're steel shafts, use a razor and cut the grips off...........

A lot of people put new tape over the old, but if you want to get the old tape off, then use gasoline or paint thinner, and then scrape it off. Dry the shaft, then put the new tape on.

If there's just a single wrap on the club, you're usually okay putting the new tape over the old.

I haven't yet. going to do it this afternoon. I have never tried to do it myself before. it doesn't look hard to do. watched a you tube video on it but they put the new tape over the old.

Put a piece of 2" pipe over the grip and an air nozzle in the end of the grip. Air pops the grip off the tape and the pipe keeps the grip from ballooning. Grip will slide right off and can be reused if you like

I HIT it 246 around a corner the other day, at least that's what the GPS said. Teeing off at 11:00. We need to catch up. Give me a call tomorrow.
