Bondi needs to be all up her ass...Pronto

What is wrong with advising ANYONE of their rights?
Absolutely nothing. Ever

Buuuuttttt… if you spend your time tying to help illegal aliens evade law enforcement, that speak to where your priorities lie.

She’s rather help illegals evade capture than help enforce the laws of thr USA. She’s more loyal to her skin color than the country.

Non-citizens do not have the right to be in this country illegally. Someone that breaks a crime does not have the right to avoid being caught. Y’all care more about the “rights” of non-citizens than you do about the actual rights of citizens.
Except for those rights expressly reserved for citizens, persons in the United States, legally or illegally, citizen or not, are afforded the protections of the Constitution.

I’m guessing the 1st Amendment will help her through the blizzard of ignorant opinions - like this one. She wasn’t even in the video.

Saying something that MAGAs disagree with isn’t illegal.

She's more loyal to her Marxist views and self promotion than the country.

This isn’t true. Non-citizens have limited constitutional rights, specifically they do not have the same due process/legal proceeding rights as citizens.

Unless they’re interdicted at their port of entry, or choose voluntary return, there is a removal proceeding. Removal proceeding = due process. It may be expedited, but it happens.
I’d hardly call an expedited removal proceeding a legit legal proceeding. I’m aware it happens, but it’s more for show than anything. Regardless, how does this argue that non-citizens have a right to be in this country illegally? How can you argue that anyone can come into our country illegally and the has a right to stay without being deported? Just doesn’t make sense.

Nobody is making the argument that it protects their ability to stay here illegally. But if they are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, they have rights. You may not like it, but that’s the entire point, isn’t it?

I'm not sure what rights you're referring to, but they are entitled to the *opportunity* to either prove they are here legally or that they are qualify for asylum. The word *rights* is often misused primarily because of our Bill of Rights. But nowhere in our Constitution appears any language conferring a right of an illegal to cross our border improperly and stay here.

You may not like that, but that's the deal.

That’s nowhere close to what I’m saying.

The Constitution does not confer on anyone the right to enter the country illegally. However, once they are here and subject to our jurisdiction, it applies. Including the right to due process, search and seizure, etc. The whole country isn’t a CIA black site.

I understand that, but that's not the subject.

My original question was, “What’s wrong with advising ANYONE of their rights?” And the response I got was basically that they don’t have any.

Well, I don’t know of a single thing she’s done for her constituents, but I don’t live in NY.

You can get a helluva deal on stuff at their illegal street markets that have taken over her district or some cheap lovin at one of the brothels run by the illegals and gangs. Bondi should include her in the lawsuit with Hochul and Queen Letitia for obstructing federal law and charge her with violating her oath of Congress as well.

She's for women rights, alright. The same type of Women's rights that Laken Riley had. She might as well walk up to Laken's mother and spit in her face.

Semantics. If they crossed illegally, they don't have the right to be here. AOC shouldn't lie to them or to us.

Dude, can you read?
Can you? A person either has rights or they don't. That’s the opposite of semantics.

If someone illegally enters a US Embassy on a distant shore and murders the ambassador, that person is within the jurisdiction of the United States and they have Constitutional rights.

It’s no different than illegals on home soil.

Or maybe she understands that defending anyone’s rights is defending everyone’s rights.

You're either intentionally deflecting or you're being insolent. I'm talking about the fact that an illegal is illegal. But you knew that. That has nothing to do with whether they have rights while situated on US soil. You knew that too.

As far as AOC is concerned, she could give a rats about the illegals. She cares only about the notoriety and getting paid by NGOs who support the illegals. She doesn't know the law and acts oblivious to the fact that over 90% of them do not qualify for asylum.

The Constitution in a few places states persons rather than citizens. While this has been challenged before I believe the "persons' has withstood the challenges and even illegal aliens have certain rights. There are, however, exceptions such as legally getting a job, deportation, and some others. The following article from Lawyers.com gives a good explanation of this situation:
