Georgia is still not likely to host a playoff game. Unfortunately unless the committee suddenly comes to their senses Tuesday with our win over Tennessee, teams like Penn St and Notre Dame have stolen 2 home games. A third spot will go to the loser of Oregon/Ohio St. So basically one spot for an SEC team and knowing the committee and how much they punish losses it will probably be Ole Miss and I’ll tell you why.

The likely SEC title game is the winner of Texas/Texas A&M against Bama. It doesn’t matter who goes pick one the winner of that game is a 2 seed and the loser IMO because they’ll have a 3rd loss won’t be punished out of the playoff, but will lose a home game. So let’s just say Texas wins out. I believe Bama would travel and Ole Miss would jump Bama resulting in a home game for them. The only catch to all this is a Notre Dame loss or Indianas fate. Bottom line Indiana is in with a close loss to Ohio St. For no reason you’ve seen how the committee values close losses more than ranked wins(I cringe so ****ing hard) Penn St is your proof. No good wins but committee has fallen in love with them for achieving the hardest thing to do in this sport which is lose to Ohio St at home by 7. A blowout and Indiana is out and you can insert Tennessee back in. Understand this and accept it. Indiana is in unless they get mauled. Don’t even argue I know you’re right. The committee doesn’t give af. They’re useless.

I’m talking likely outcomes and not weird chaos which could happen here’s imo how that bracket would look.

1. Oregon/Ohio St
2. Texas/Bama
3. Miami/SMU
4. BYU/Arizona St/Colorado

5. Ohio St/Oregon
6. Penn St
7. Notre Dame
8. Ole Miss
9. Georgia/Texas/Bama
10. Georgia/Texas/Bama
11. Indiana
12. Boise St

I really hope this committee is intentional about avoiding rematches.

I feel like this is where we’re headed guys. We need this committee to do the right thing and punish Notre Dame for not being in a conference and the most EGREGIOUS factor which is a home loss to NIU. You cannot reward them for this shit. One road win over A&M is not enough to garner this much respect. Louisville which is Notre Dame’s other ranked win just lost to a two win Stanford team. They’ll no longer be ranked Tuesday. And if A&M loses to Texas they’ll barely be ranked.

It’s time for the committee to reward SOS and resume/eye test. I don’t see how in any world you believe Notre Dame should be ahead of Georgia especially after Saturday.

I could go on forever it is so unbelievably stupid.
