Any other dawgs on here keeping a close eye on the short term rental regulations being put into effect in Athens? I’ve got a few, and it seems like Athens all but wants to get rid of them under the pretense that there are too many party houses and not enough affordable housing. Just curious if anyone else has come up with any alternate plans or opportunities.
