This change is getting mixed reviews. I'm intrigued by the criticism. And I'm intrigued by comments by those, who don't seem to grasp the difference between immediate concerns, and long term issues.

Security is an immediate issue, that can't be delayed, until we figure out the solution to a long term problem, homelessness.

Lots of people in the comments were saying, "Atlanta needs to come up with solutions to the homeless issue"

Great. What is the airport supposed to do in the meantime?

It’s not the airports job to come up with a solution.
