I know people are sick of investigations but this one has to be done. This is a level of corruption that we haven’t seen in years. How did we get to the point of having unelected staffers or bureaucrats make high level decisions and sign off as the president? It’s obvious that someone in the Biden administration gave the approval for this so as to not bother the president or just assumed he wouldn’t know or care.
Chief of staff, senior advisor, counsel, Jill, whoever it was needs to be questioned and held accountable and an auto pen approval system implemented so that this doesn’t happen again in the future.
Plus, any EO signed by auto pen that was not through Biden should be immediately terminated.
I agree with you on all of that. But don’t look for this to blow up as it should. Unless you’re standing over a dead body with a smoking gun and three people witnessed the shooting and it’s on video while being live streamed to the world nobody really gets punished anymore in Washington (or they find a patsy). Very sad.
You see here with chat libs. The standard reply is “there’s no proof”. As if circumstantial evidence and common sense aren’t allowed in the equation.
Whether stuff was done on auto-pen or not is not the scandal to me. Even if the guy signed it there is obvious evidence now that the most powerful man in the world was not only corrupt, but completely subject to control by someone else or a group of others given his mental state.
Ultimately I think the only guardrail to any decision or EO conceivably made by staff or whoever held the strings? Hunter and Jill. That’s the scandal.
Did Hunter pardon himself? Probably.
The only wild card would be if the Biden family is petty enough to burn the ground after them.
No sir, it is not a waste of time. It must be investigated to the fullest extent possible. Whether or not anyone is ultimately punished (which I hope does happen), the investigation should serve as a deterrent to those attempting it in the future, identify red flags so it can be more easily and timely spotted in the future, and establish tight protocols going forward.
I totally disagree. There are numerous other things that have been a waste of time for sure. But not knowing for sure who the puppet master was and how long it took place is a great threat to our democracy. Much more than many things be discussed on the board.
Both sides do some amazing crap and this is as bad anything that has happened recently. The cover up and absolute outright lies and deception is astounding.
I don’t like Trump. I agree with about 50 to 60 percent of his actions and policies. But he says what he wants to do and tries to do it if he can. I maybe only agree with the Democractic platform maybe 10 to 20 percent. So I voted for Trump and would do it again. The Democrats are so far out in left field acting so pious while they lie and deceive even more than Trump.
The left says we are not doing this. You have it all wrong, quit spouting conspiracy theories and then does what they want to do behind the veil of lies and deception. They hide it or they say you’re wrong and why are you focusing on that. Pure devious behavior in so many ways. The ends justify the means in their minds and that is not acceptable. I do not know how you can spout the laws need to be followed and point out the other sides errors with a straight face.
That is why Trump won the election pure and simple. If you cannot see that then you are so far to one side of the aisle that you have lost perspective.
The right is heading in the same direction as well. They left just had a heads start.
