That is all Dr. Carson is saying. He obviously didn't mean Congress could remove them because a certain court case didn't go their way. For a college professor, you're not very bright.

WRONG AGAIN. Dr. Carson DID mean that Congress could remove judges because a court case didn't go their way. Let's look at the expanded quote:

"...32 states have indicated that marriage is between a man and a woman, and a few judges have come and overturn that. That, as far as I’m concerned, is unconstitutional. And Congress actually has oversight of what they call the inferior courts, everything below the Supreme Court. That’s where those overturns have come. When judges do not carry out their duties in an appropriate way, our Congress actually has the right to reprimand or remove them. Most people don’t know that because they don’t know the Constitution."

How can you do that when half the current illegal immigrant population entered the US legally? Federal law allows tourists from 38 countries to enter the US without a visa. People from other countries can get a temporary work or school visa and remain in the country.

So Carson would have the federal government build a Berlin Wall around the entire continental United States, eliminate the visa waiver program (which would cripple the American tourism and retail industries), and track every foreigner who is visiting the United States?

And you think the Democrats are the ones who want BIG GOVERNMENT?

Dr. Carson: "All of those things are available to us. We have the ability to do it, we just don't have the will to do it. That will change when we have the right administration in place. The reason that is so important—a lot of people think there are just people coming from the south of the border—there are radical global jihadists who want to destroy us and our way of life and we have to keep them out. We have to make it not easy for them to get in here. This is a matter of our own security."

Since 11 September 2001, every Islamic terrorist attack on US soil was committed by people who were either native-born Americans or came here legally. A Berlin Wall would do nothing to prevent a terrorist attack.

Another priceless quote:

Dr. Carson: "[O]nce we have that border sealed, we have to turn off the spigot that dispenses the goodies. If there are no goodies, guess what? They won't come. It won't be worth trying to get through our borders if there are no goodies. That includes employment—we should make it illegal to employ people in this country who are not legally here."

There are already laws prohibiting the employment of illegal immigrants, and most welfare programs for illegal immigrants have been shut off since the 1990s.

That's a poor attempt to deflect criticism. I've never once mentioned Dr. Carson's ethnicity.
